“Ringers” (as they are colloquially known) come from a wide variety of places, backgrounds and age groups. Some have training in athletic sports while others are simply ring enthusiasts who began swinging for fun.

Did you know?

There are only a handful of traveling ring sets in the entire world. The most prominent sets are in Santa Monica Beach, California and Riverside Park, New York. Outdoor traveling rings also exist in Providence, Rhode Island and Copenhagen, Denmark. Scotland has the highest concentration of indoor traveling rings.
